Who you are:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a Tech Support role

  • Good understanding of software and technical aptitude

  • Tech or math-focused education is a plus, but not a requirement

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Motivated self-starter

  • Outgoing personality

  • Outstanding communication skills, active, quick, well-organized, responsible

  • Dynamic and driven individual to join our awesome User Happiness/Customer Support team.

  • Monitoring our Chatbots AI training sets and update them properly

  • Daily monitoring of our ticketing systems and handling of new incoming requests

  • Handling of bug reports collecting details, reproducing, reporting to engineering team

  • Be your genuine self

  • Learn by doing, without hand-holding
